About Us
Churchill Farm Campsite is a friendly, quiet, working beef and sheep farm, situated on a hill between Buckfastleigh and Buckfast, with panoramic views of Dartmoor.
The campsite is situated within a Special Site of Scientific Interest (SSSI) and within the Dartmoor National Park. It is also home to the largest colony of Greater Horseshoe Bats in Europe.
Churchill Farm Campsite was a 'nominee in the 2013 Member Recommended Camping and Caravanning Site of the Year Competition', for its friendly welcome.
There is a wide variety of food shops, restuartant's, inn's and pubs within walking distance.
Tourist attractions within walking distance include: * Buckfast Abbey * The South Devon Steam Railway * Dartmoor Otters and Butterflies * The Valliant Soilder * Dart Rock Climbing Centre * Buckfastleigh Caving Centre

Within a 15 minute drive you can find youself on Dartmoor, with its wide expanse of moorland for you to explore. Within the last few years many areas were filmed for the film 'War Horse'. Also within a 15 minute drive is the town of Totnes, which regularly holds street markets.
Buckfastleigh is also centrally located for Torbay, Exeter and Plymouth, which are all within a 30 minute drive from the farm.
